Sushi Class Haru / 寿司 明

By making a booking with Sushi Class Haru, you agree to the following terms.

BOOKINGS

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Sushi Class Haru. Bookings close once the class is full.

PAYMENT

Rotterdam: €50 per person, cash on the day.
Tokyo: ¥11,000 per person, paid online at booking.

CANCELLATION

• More than 72 hours before the class: full refund
• Within 72 hours: no refund — full amount charged
• Cancellations are not accepted within 12 hours of the class start time
• No-shows are charged in full
• No-shows without any prior notice may incur additional charges (e.g., ingredient preparation costs) beyond the full workshop fee

PARTICIPATION

• Minimum age: 8 years old
• Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused entry without refund
• All participants handle knives and hot equipment. Sushi Class Haru is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of kitchen tools

ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

This workshop involves raw fish, shellfish, gluten (soy sauce), and sesame. Please disclose all allergies at the time of booking. Sushi Class Haru cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions if allergies are not communicated in advance.

FOOD SAFETY

Sushi Class Haru takes care in sourcing and handling all ingredients. However, we cannot be held liable for any cases of food poisoning or illness arising from consumption during or after the workshop.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for use on social media and promotional materials. Participants who do not wish to be photographed must inform us before the class begins. Participants are welcome to share their own photos and videos on social media.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY SUSHI CLASS HARU

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or an alternative date.
